THE ZEAL CHAKRA

Event description

In this half day session, we'll explore the Zeal (Bliss) Chakra - what is is about, how it feels and how it supports our healing and spiritual journey. There will be energy work involved in the session as you work on your own Zeal energy centre and that of other participants. There will be an attunement included in this workshop which will help to cleanse, expand and empower the Zeal Chakra, and to clear the pathways between Zeal, Throat and Brow Chakras for more intensity in your intuition and open divinely guided communication.

Ideally you should be attuned to Reiki (minimum Level 1) or at least have attended energy circles/workshops before. The session is suitable for beginners as there will be explanation of some of the basic concepts but it would be easier for you if you have experienced energy healing either as a recipient or a channeller.

This is a ticket only event as I have materials to prepare and certificates to provide, and I need to keep an eye on numbers too!

You'll need to bring a snack and water, and of course a journal if that's your thing. It is a seated attunement and practice so there's no need to bring blankets and mats etc.
